Rugged Construction

• All gears and bearings designed specifically to handle overhung and fluctuating loads effectively.
• Closed grain cast iron housing includes open tank mounting configurations.
• Input and intermediate shaft designs reduce deflections.
• Oversized shoulder eyebolts facilitate safe lifting.
• Highly efficient and durable C-Face motors with piloted motor adapters eliminate shimming at installation.

Flexible, Adaptable, Options

• Available in Double and Triple Reductions from 4:1 to 130:1 overall gear ratios.
• Special requirements are easily accommodated.
• Drive sleeve design to allow for maximum output shaft and material configurations.

Leak Free

• Unique drywells and special end covers are designed to minimize leak paths and vibration from motor output speeds.
• Zero Leakage eliminates environmental risks.

Long-Life Bearings

• Tapered Roller Bearings are pre-lubricated, and sealed for life with a minimum B-10 rating of 100,000 hours.
• Bevel Gear straddles the low speed bearings, minimizing gear deflections.
• Precision manufactured combination helical and spiral bevel gearing.
