Oil Skimmer

N/Auilt-in design components, the Model 8² belt oil skimmer has a continuous belt and wiper that can remove up to 40 gallons of oil, grease and other hydrocarbons per hour from water-base solutions at depths from one to 100 ft. The unit's eight-in. belt, operating on a motor and pulley system, is designed for easy removal. It is designed to handle liquid temperatures up to 212°F and a pH range from 1 to 13. A sliding hood allows for minimal maintenance and fast mounting. This system can be constructed of 316 stainless steel, carbon steel or specially-engineered polymer belts to meet a range of industrial applications such as interceptors, coolant systems, underground tanks, lagoons, ship bilges, wastewater sumps in parking lots, service stations, heavy equipment washes, and generating stations.
